Refunds and Returns
If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from our shop, you can return it to Sticky Rice within 15 days of receiving the item(s). We will exchange it for another item or give you a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price (excluding shipping charges). All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, unregistered, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Claims for damaged/missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds on Classes and Vouchers
We need five days notice if you cannot attend your booked class for you to receive a full refund. We realise that sometimes unforseen events pop up that prevent you from giving us adequate notice - in this case you MUST call our office before your class date to organise a refund. No refunds will be issued if you notify us after your booked class date has passed.
We do not give refunds on gift vouchers nor do we exchange vouchers for the cash value of a class.

Except as set out in this privacy policy, Sticky Rice Cooking School does not disclose or sell your personal information to any third-parties.
We may disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. Information about our customers, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, or sale of the company and/or its assets, as well as in the unlikely event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, in which personal information would be transferred as one of the business assets of the company. We will notify you of such an occurrence as described in the "Changes to This Privacy Policy" section below. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information if required or permitted to do so by law.

By booking a cooking class with us you enter a contract with us in which we guarantee to reserve a place/s for you and you guarantee to attend the reserved class. By using our website and booking online you agree to the terms and conditions associated with making class bookings at Sticky Rice Cooking School.
