Class description: | This is our brand new chocolate class with Red Cacao Chocolatier . Marcus Booth-Remmers.
A smaller class size so you can master this art and ask questions along the way.
You will be working in pairs learning how to work chocolate at the correct temperature, tempering chocolate to create chocolate bars,making,dipping and decorating flavoured ganache truffles and using Force Noir chocolate to make dark choc mousse. You will be taking home 3 bars of decorated delicious milk chocolate ( gift wrapped) plus truffles and dessert mousse.
