A smaller class size so you can master this art. 6pm-9pm Dark Chocolate Fondant with berries and cream. Yuzu Crème Brulee w dehydrated mandarin. Salted Caramel Tart. ( to take home) Gianduja Chocolate Mousse.( to take home). You will make more than you can eat in this class so 2 desserts are taken home.
