This class menu contains: shellfish & seafood (oysters, scallops, soft-shell crab, prawns, squid), fish and fish products (fish sauce, shrimp paste in curry paste, oyster sauce), gluten/wheat (tempura flour, Thai soy sauce and possibly some sauces depending on brand), soy (Thai soy sauce), coconut (coconut milk), garlic/onion, chili, and coriander/herbs.

No peanuts or tree nuts are used in these recipes, but ingredients may be produced in facilities that handle nuts and other allergens.
