Class Description

You are in very safe hands! This is a brand new class giving you a chance to learn and cook with renowned Chef Emma McCaskill. Her resume reads like a who's who of international award winning restaurants and we are so excited to bring you a class where she can take you on an international culinary journey. Pork, Ginger and Sichuan pepper dumplings with roasted chicken bone broth and spring onion. Grilled baby calamari with Yemen green chilli and coriander zhoug. Char Grilled asparagus, lemon, sesame and miso dressing. Lamb kofte with sweet and spicy Baharat spice mix served with a bright yoghurt raita. Crispy donuts with spice infused syrup. (Galub jamun). Her almost 20-year career has taken her to Tetsuya’s in Sydney, Ezard in Melbourne and Sat Bains in Nottingham, England. She then headed home to front Magill Estate Restaurant and later The Pot (now Nido). And she was the first non-Japanese chef to work at Narisawa in Tokyo, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant and number 22 on the 2019 World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
