Class Description

This 3 hour class is a small group class designed to up-skill you quickly by working under the watchful eye of Chef Genevieve Harris. You will learn so much about the culinary skills used in Vietnam, Malaysia, Burma and Thailand. This class is 1 in 8 density in the kitchen and there are separate and outdoor dining options. Dinner and wine is also provided as part of the night. Chef Genevieve Harris's career includes spending two years as executive chef at the luxurious Amankila Resort, Bali. Menu Entrée. Ba La Lot, Vietnamese minced beef wrapped in betel leaves served with fresh herbs and nouc cham. Mains. Beef rendang, Malaysian slow braised beef and coconut curry with snake beans. Burmese spiced crispy chicken drumettes with sweet chilli and coriander. Green vegetable salad with coriander and cashew nut pesto. Steamed jasmine rice. Dessert. Black sticky rice with coconut cream.
