Chef Todd Langley has over 30 years’ experience in hospitality mainly in and around Adelaide. From five star hotel beginnings, Todd has worked in diverse range of businesses including The Oxford Hotel. The Lion, Jones the Grocer (Sydney), Tapestry Winery, corporate event management and a chef-residency at The Peninsula Hotel, Hong Kong.

In 2015, Todd opened his own establishment, FRED Eatery in Aldgate Village. Specialising in flavour driven, comfort food with Mediterranean and Asian influences, FRED has become a very popular dining destination in the Adelaide Hills. FRED Eatery was awarded Best Breakfast Restaurant nationally (2017) at the Restaurant & Catering Awards.

Todd is known for his big flavour, well balanced and contemporary menu creations which feature at his Eatery – some of which will feature in his cooking classes.
