Duncan’s book “Africola, Slow food, fast words, cult chef” has become an instant best seller and he is currently working on book 2, out for release in 2024.
Duncan holds limited cooking demonstrations and progressive dinners each year at Sticky Rice Cooking School that sell out almost instantly. His ability to blend unique cooking styles with his passion for flavours, techniques and cuisines from all over the world, with a strong focus on local seasonal produce and minimal waste.
