Adelaide based chef Jordan Theodoros has over 30 years’ experience in the industry. Having lived and worked abroad in Myanmar, Shanghai and Rajasthan Jordan then also owned and ran two highly successful restaurants, The Aquacaf in Goolwa and Peel Street in Adelaide. Career highlights have included being awarded chef of the year in 2005 and 2014, as well as best restaurant award for Peel Street in 2014.
Jordan’s cooking repertoire is wide and diverse, ranging from Middle Eastern to Southeast Asian, Greek, French and Italian and is well known for creating generous, fresh, colourful and delicious food. Jordan holds limited cooking demonstrations and progressive dinners each year at Sticky Rice Cooking School that sell out almost instantly.
