Poh made her debut in the Australian food scene when she appeared in the first season of MasterChef Australia. Weeks after the finale, she was offered her own cooking show, Poh’s Kitchen, which ran for three seasons.

Poh continued her career with her TV series Poh & Co, which ran for two seasons. Published her first cookbook, Poh’s Kitchen – My Cooking Adventures, Same Same But Different and Poh Bakes A Hundred Greats.
