 •Mastering Dumplings-  Prawn , shitake and coriander potstickers w soy chilli crunch oil

 • Mastering Pork Crackling- Northern Thai Sai Ua spicy pork sausage skewers with tamarind chilli jam & pork crackling

 • Mastering Beef-Hot Grill plate- sizzling black pepper beef with nahm jim jaew and toasted rice

 • Mastering Thai Salads- Tom yum grilled chicken salad w vermicelli noodles, mint coriander, crispy shallots and toasted peanuts

This class menu contains: gluten/wheat (soy sauce, dumpling wrappers), soy, shellfish (prawns), egg (potsticker wrappers), peanuts (salad garnish), garlic and onion, and chilli.

Please note: this menu includes pork, beef and chicken, and uses ingredients such as fish sauce and toasted rice powder typical of Thai cooking.

We do not use dairy in this menu. No sesame is intentionally included.
