Embark on a flavour-filled journey with Matias, a passionate architect of Spanish gastronomy. From the sizzling spices of Andalucía to the subtle notes of Catalonia, Matias crafts a symphony of taste that showcases the soul of España. In Matias’s kitchen, passion takes centre stage. His dishes not only satisfy the palate but also tell a story of Spanish culture, family, and the sheer joy of life.

Matias’s experience extends globally, with formal training gained in Madrid Matias quickly embarked on his culinary journey throughout Spain where he combined his passion for food with studies in wine.  His passion took him to London and Germany where he gained extensive experience in fine dining and international cuisines before calling Australia home. He is currently imparting his almost 20 years of knowledge and experience on students at a local commercial cookery school here in Adelaide, and travels back to Spain each year with his young family to ensure he brings the very best of “the country of countries” back to us here in Australia.
