- Tom Yum Prawn (the famous hot and sour lemongrass Thai soup.
- Choo Chee Prawn – with homemade curry paste.
- Stir Fry Beef with fresh spice paste, lemongrass and Thai ginger.
- Thai Fish cakes w cucumber and mint salad.
- Sticky Rice w Mango/banana.

WARNING : This Essential Thai class uses shellfish (prawns), fish & fish sauce, shrimp paste, egg, gluten/wheat (soy/seasoning sauces), coconut, chilli, and alliums (onion, garlic, shallot).
