Chef Kelly Lord from the award wining restaurant and cooking school in Queensland is making the journey back to us to hold 2 special classes with a new exciting menu.

Kelly is the long standing Chef and cooking school teacher at Spirit House and has been part of the Sticky Rice Guest Chef Line up for 17 years.

 

This is an eye opening class that will up skill and inspire your home cooking in a matter of hours.

Learn to smoke fish on the stove top, create a restaurant style chilli jam, tenderise and braise with aromatics and master the art of coconut and pandan infused Sticky Rice.

  • Melting Braised Duck w Ginger & Chinese Red Dates
  • Smoked Kingfish salad w Fresh Herbs, Chilli & sweet soy Dressing
  • Wok Tossed Stir-fried Beef w Thai  Chilli Jam & Thai basil
  • Warm Black Sticky Rice Pudding with coconut and pandan
