Journey along the ancient Spice Road and explore the bold flavours of Lebanese, Turkish, Moroccan and Tunisian cuisine. This generous hands-on class is filled with fragrant spices, smoky chargrilled dishes and vibrant shared plates designed to be enjoyed with family and friends.
