Bringing your team or business partners to a catered event at Sticky Rice Cooking School is a great way to plan a corporate entertaining or networking event. Our venue is inspiring, welcoming and a talking point with its 3 tonne stone buddha entrance, Asian artifacts, Balinese Courtyard and open kitchen space where guests can casually watch the chefs prepare dishes for you to enjoy in the private dining room or outdoor arena.
We can work within a budget to create stand up or sit down menus and offer you the professionalism and service of our wait staff when you book our unique venue for your private event.
If you are looking for a full day or half day event that extends your cooking class into a meeting day or offsite conference, then allow us to cater for your in-between meals and breaks. If you are staying all day, our chefs can serve breakfast ,lunch, dinner or morning and afternoon tea in addition to what is included in your cooking class menu. Your team will thank you for these special extra touches leaving you and them free to focus on your itinerary.
Our chef talent covers all corners of the globe. If you have a special request for something on your menu then please just ask, otherwise we can offer you a choice of the most popular Asian, Middle Eastern, Mexican, African and European dishes.
What a fantastic experience. This was our first cooking class and we’re already planning our next cooking adventure with Sticky Rice. Yukio is an excellent instructor. The menu was well planned. We had a lot of fun and learned so much. Thank you Yukiko and Daniel for all your hard work.

We did the Japanese Essentials. excellent chef guide in Yukiko. food was excellent quality and class was a lot of fun. Daniel was a delightful host. We stayed in the Bali villa which was beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful get away.
I’ve done five classes so far. Great time, great repeatable recipes. Japanese cooking class was amazing. Going to repeat entire menu for family this week.

Fabulous Middle Eastern Cooking class with Genevieve Harris. Wonderful day cooking a delicious menu of Hummus and flat bread, Chermoula chicken, Harissa marinated Prawns,with a beautiful eggplant and tomato salad, and bbq lamb skewers marinated in Hilbeh served with baby spinach, pomegranate seeds and yoghurt sauce.
Then deep fried almond pastries with honey and orange blossom syrup.
All served with lovely wines or fruit juice and water.
Fabulous day, heaps of fun and staying at the villas made the walk home very easy.
