We are thrilled to welcome back one of our favourite guest chefs in 2026, with Kelly Lord returning to Sticky Rice Cooking School for two exclusive hands-on classes. As the long-standing chef and cooking school teacher from the award-winning Spirit House in Queensland, Kelly has been part of the Sticky Rice Guest Chef Series for over 17 years, inspiring home cooks with her vibrant flavours, approachable techniques and wealth of culinary knowledge.

This exciting class is designed to elevate your home cooking while teaching practical restaurant-style techniques that can easily be recreated at home. Guests will learn how to smoke fish on the stovetop, create a rich homemade chilli jam, braise meats with aromatic spices and master fragrant coconut and pandan sticky rice.
