There’s something magical about November in the kitchen. Maybe it’s the sunshine and longer days that inspire us to cook fresh, vibrant meals full of flavour.
Maybe it’s the approaching holidays that have us thinking about gathering around the table. Or maybe it’s simply the perfect time to finally learn those techniques you’ve been dreaming about.

Why Our Students Love Cooking with Us
Let me tell you about a moment that happens in almost every class. We’re about halfway through, hands are busy, the kitchen smells incredible, and suddenly someone looks up with this expression of pure surprise and says, “Wait—I’m actually doing this!”
That’s the moment we live for.
Our classes aren’t about watching a chef show off. They’re about you discovering what your hands can do. They’re about the confidence that comes from mastering a technique you thought was too complicated. They’re about walking into your own kitchen the next day and thinking, “I’ve got this.”
And honestly? Our students don’t usually come just once. They come back because there’s something special about learning in a real kitchen, with real people, creating real food that you sit down and enjoy together.
November’s Incredible Lineup
This month, we’ve curated something really special. We’ve brought back our most-requested classes, added new techniques, and created some pairings we’ve never offered before. Fair warning: some of these won’t be available again until late 2026, so if something catches your eye, don’t wait too long.
What to Expect When You Join Us
Every class is designed to be welcoming, whether this is your first cooking class or your fiftieth. Here’s what your evening looks like:
Hands-on from the start — You’re not watching; you’re doing. Chopping, stirring, tasting, adjusting. This is your experience.
Small groups — We keep classes intimate by design. You’ll get personal guidance, have space to work, and actually see what’s happening at the front.
All ingredients included — Quality ingredients, proper tools, everything you need to create something wonderful.
Take-home recipes — Every recipe is tested, written clearly, and yours to recreate at home whenever the craving hits.
A meal together — At the end, we sit down as a group and enjoy what we’ve created. There’s something special about sharing a meal you made together.
Skills that last — These aren’t tricks or shortcuts. They’re real techniques that become part of how you cook.
A Note About Availability
Here’s where we need to be honest with you: November is filling faster than any month we’ve had this year. We’re not entirely sure why—maybe it’s the class lineup, maybe it’s the holidays approaching, maybe word is just spreading—but most of our sessions are down to single-digit availability.
We’re not saying this to create pressure. We’re saying it because we genuinely don’t want you to miss out on something you’ve been thinking about. If a class speaks to you, trust that instinct.

What a fantastic experience. This was our first cooking class and we’re already planning our next cooking adventure with Sticky Rice. Yukio is an excellent instructor. The menu was well planned. We had a lot of fun and learned so much. Thank you Yukiko and Daniel for all your hard work.

We did the Japanese Essentials. excellent chef guide in Yukiko. food was excellent quality and class was a lot of fun. Daniel was a delightful host. We stayed in the Bali villa which was beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful get away.
I’ve done five classes so far. Great time, great repeatable recipes. Japanese cooking class was amazing. Going to repeat entire menu for family this week.

Fabulous Middle Eastern Cooking class with Genevieve Harris. Wonderful day cooking a delicious menu of Hummus and flat bread, Chermoula chicken, Harissa marinated Prawns,with a beautiful eggplant and tomato salad, and bbq lamb skewers marinated in Hilbeh served with baby spinach, pomegranate seeds and yoghurt sauce.
Then deep fried almond pastries with honey and orange blossom syrup.
All served with lovely wines or fruit juice and water.
Fabulous day, heaps of fun and staying at the villas made the walk home very easy.
