Celebrating 16 Years of Innovation at Sticky Rice Cooking School: Leading the Way in Digital Excellence
As we celebrate our 16th anniversary at Sticky Rice Cooking School in 2024, we are excited to share that we’ve been honored as one of just three businesses nationwide to be recognized for our leadership in digital innovation through Treasury Australia’s Digital Solutions program.
The Digital Solutions program supports small businesses by helping them harness the opportunities of the digital economy. For a small fee, businesses can access up to 4 hours of one-on-one digital advice from a qualified and experienced business adviser. The program also offers free workshops, webinars, and self-directed tutorials covering essential digital topics such as:
Digital marketing
Social media
Websites and selling online
Business software
Cybersecurity
For us at Sticky Rice Cooking School, this recognition is a milestone that reflects our commitment to adapting and evolving in an increasingly digital world. Claire, our owner, recognized early on the importance of embracing digital strategies to reach new customers and stay ahead in the culinary industry. Through the Digital Solutions program, she connected with a mentor who guided her through the process of integrating a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
This step was crucial in optimizing our business website, making it easier for customers to navigate, explore our exciting cooking classes, and complete bookings seamlessly. With this new system, we’ve streamlined the customer experience, making it more intuitive and enjoyable, which in turn helps us continue to deliver the highest level of service that our clients expect.
Our journey over the past 16 years has been filled with passion, growth, and an ongoing dedication to innovation. Being recognized for our leadership in the digital space is a testament to our team’s hard work and our desire to continually improve. Whether you’re joining us for a cooking class or engaging with us online, we strive to provide a memorable and easy experience from start to finish.
We are proud of this achievement and are grateful for the support we’ve received from Treasury Australia’s Digital Solutions program. It’s an exciting time for us, and we’re eager to continue growing and enhancing the ways we connect with our valued customers.
Here’s to 16 years of culinary excellence and to many more years of innovation and success!
